Our exciting opportunity

The role will be key to ensuring all queries within connections are answered in a timely, empathetic manner. Duties include but are not limited to;

  • Provide quality support by being engaging, friendly, and confident to help us deliver a first-class end-user experience for our customers.
  • Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and through the support ticket system.
  • Record all information accurately against the customer record.
  • Process orders and book installations with contractors and internal teams.
  • Using data to identify customer connections within FTTP village projects.
  • Update and maintain the engineering calendar.
  • Manage overdue invoices, payment queries, deferral, and extension of contracts
  • Maintain customer contact to engage and support customers to complete connectivity Vouchers or company promotions.
  • Act as first line support to any contract disputes

Your skills and experience

  • Experience in a customer service/call handler role.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
