Job Description Responsibilities Proactively work together to exceed all KPI’s. Deliver exceptional customer service. To ensure you are fully up to date on all weekly communications. Engage with Salon colleagues on how to improve customer service and effectiveness. Help to deliver exceptional Retail Store Standards across all customer facing and ‘back of house’ areas. To comply with all communicated company guidelines and actions Assist the planning and execution of changes to promotions, campaigns, and events in a timely and accurate manner. Help deliver TPC performance ahead of targets set. Be part of creating and leading a positive customer service culture in the store. Minimise store stock loss and wastage Manage replenishment processes to ensure 100% availability at all times of top 50 selling lines within the business. Check and action out of date stocks. Take part in stock takes and stock counts. Ensure personal compliance with all company policies and procedures relating to the control of Cash, Stock, Store and Staff are in place and adhered to Ensure all Health & Safety personal compliance is up to date. Any other reasonable duties as required by the manager as appropriate.
