We are looking to hire a highly energised, focused individual to join the packing team at our warehouse in Bermondsey on a part-time basis. Your shifts would be across Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
This role will cover all aspects of cheese care, the packing, and preparation of orders for our retail sites and trade customers as well as warehouse maintenance.
This position requires an enthusiastic approach to physical work, attention to detail, dedication to impeccable customer service and of course an appreciation of delicious foods, particularly cheese. A strong team ethic and the desire to learn and progress are necessary traits to make the most of this very dynamic role within our growing company.
Responsibilities will include:
- Cheese care - taking care of the maturation (turning and washing cheeses as they mature), looking after the rotation of stock and assessing the quality of all cheese and other consumables.
- Accurately processing customers' orders by hand cutting, wrapping, and packing cheeses accordingly
- Adhering to strict health and safety procedures to comply with the industry's HACCP standards
- Helping to drive our wholesale department towards their weekly sales targets by committing to high-quality customer service all the way from taking an order to packing & delivering it.
- Answering wholesale queries

Driving license not necessary, but highly valued.
