Having an interest in agriculture or coming from a farming background would be beneficial to the role, but not essential.
What you will be doing as an Alternative Feed Administrator:

Operating the telephone system in a friendly, helpful, and efficient manner and to provide basic information to our customers and answering any enquiries.

Entering Straights sales and purchase contracts onto D365, organising deliveries, liaising with transport and suppliers.

Providing administration support in an efficient effective manner for colleagues and customers.
You will need:

Proven experience of working in an administrative setting

The ability to communicate clearly and concisely

To be able to respond to queries and problem solving

To be a team player and able to work on own initiative

Excellent attention to detail skills

Computer skills, with a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages

Strong numerical skills
