This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Distribution and Artisan sales team as the dedicated administrative support. This is an important and varied role, working closely with our passionate and friendly sales team. This role will suit someone who has strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy schedule and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and circulate price lists bi-annually; process promotional discounts and trade terms
- Process account changes via Salesforce; upload specifications and images onto Erudus and Brandbank platforms
- Organise, pack and send out samples/goody bags when required
- Ensure agreements are recorded to accrue money on sales and creating tickets for payouts of Year End and Growth Rebates
- Assist the sales team with adhoc queries; respond to queries from customers including complaints
- Administration: diarise meetings; arrange meeting rooms; record sales team movements; minute-taking in meetings; invoice management; manage invite and respondee list for events
- Maintain external storage unit
- Liaise with internal departments (Supply Chain, Customer Care, Chocolate Academy) as needed

- Highly numerate and literate with effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Computer literate: Microsoft Office and Google packages
- Operational knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is highly advantageous
This role is based at our UK Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire, with the option of hybrid working (3 days office-based, 2 days from home).
