Job Description
Payroll processing for Weekly & 4 Weekly, including monthly reconciliations, HMRC
& pension payments, and year end process.
Bank reconciliation preparation for GBP, EUR & USD bank accounts
Purchase ledger processing and 3 way matching of non-production materials and services invoices
Weekly BACS payments, monthly international supplier payments and adhoc bank payments
Month end journals preparation and processing for banking and supplier accruals/prepayments
Customs Duty & Deferred Vat analysis and reconciliation.
Assisting with quarterly SOX Internal audit and year end External audit
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £29,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
