Job Description
An opportunity to join our busy office team based in Halstead, Essex.
You’ll be responsible for day-to-day administration tasks working, as part of a team, in the office. Basic computer skills are necessary along with good communication skills. You’ll be working in a busy environment.
To work in an established team responsible for all aspects of the company’s contract review system.
This will be including but not limited to,
- Review of prices
- Review and setting up production information
- Creating quotations
- Contact with customers and suppliers
- Order loading
- Purchasing
- All aspects of export control
This role will also include giving assistance to all other departments particularly production & despatch department.
Previous experience with any ERP system would be an asset but training will be given on company’s own system.
