Job Description
Are you an experienced catering assistant/supervisor ready for the next step in your career? Do you have the drive and personality to give all our visitors a great food experience? If so, then here at Beeston Castle, we are looking for someone to lead our small cafe and assist the Site Manager in driving income, controlling costs and delivering exceptional customer experience.
You will be responsible for delivering the food offer and production of an inspiring takeaway menu, as well as collaborating with the Site Manager and Catering Operations Manager in planning our catering requirements. You will support the Site Manager to manage the team to ensure an outstanding customer experience is provided for all our visitors, whilst optimizing opportunities to generate income.
This is an annualised hours contract for 1,246 hours per annum, with more hours worked in the summer than winter. It is anticipated you will work 4 days April - October and 2 days November - March, however, this could be subject to change.
