Are you an enthusiastic, adaptable graduate, looking for a career in Supply Chain or Procurement? We are offering an opportunity to a new or recent graduate to be positioned in our Direct Procurement function, which operates as a core part of several highly complex programme teams, providing a high level of interaction with the many business functions that deliver successful products.
The role will involve working in partnership with a Procurement Lead both supporting and shadowing their work, carrying out operational duties while being mentored by a highly experienced professional. The role will also involve owning a strategic project or category across the whole business, setting the direction for the supply chain. There will be opportunities to work across the wider Supply Chain function, gaining experience in Indirect Procurement, Logistics, Supplier Quality and Planning.
The ideal person will have a drive to deliver results in a customer-focussed manner, be adaptable to flex positively to peaks and troughs of activity, and enjoy developing a varied skillset across the wider supply chain.
To be successful you'll need:
- A recent degree qualification or equivalent (or soon to be graduating)
- An interest in a career in Procurement or Supply Chain
- Strong communication skills
- Good numerical skill, and comfortable working with data
- Strong attention to detail
- Adaptable to new systems and software
- Passionate about learning new processes or ways of working

Salary: £25,000 to £28,500, depending on experience
Working hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
