Role: Administration / Scheduling Assistant
Salary £22,000 plus team bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday
Location: Worthing, West Sussex
We are actively recruiting an Administration / Scheduling Assistant to join the lovely team here at Specsavers Domiciliary based in Lancing.
You would work from a lovely office with a sea front location as well as free on-site parking and is a 5-minute walk from the beach, very handy for relaxing when taking your lunch break. There is also the resident dog Luna who keeps us on our toes too.
In this role, you would help to plan the clinics and schedules for the clinical teams that are out and about providing eye care services to patients in their own homes.You will also be making and taking calls from customers and care home clients. They may be asking you to book in patients for us to visit or asking to cancel appointments, so you will need to update customer records as well as route plan visits for the field-based teams. Organising deliveries back to patients is something else you will be involved in as well as liaising with the field-based teams.
The role requires great attention to detail as well as strong administration and customer care skills. You must be PC literate and have an excellent telephone manner.
