Food & Beverage Operations Manager
We are a family run 4 star hotel set in the beautiful Hertfordshire Countryside, we are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the running of the F&B outlets of the hotel.
Working with an excellent team you will be responsible for overseeing 4 restaurants - covering the day to day operations, managing rotas and costs and ensuring excellent standards of service in all areas
The role of Food & Beverage Operations Manager will involve:

Management of the hotel to ensure all outlets have sufficient support on a day to day basis.

Training and motivating the team to ensure they perform at their best.

Working in partnership with the Sales team to ensure all events are correctly managed

Dealing with customer queries and issues.

Compiling and implementing staff rotas to ensure the best use of resources

Ensuring excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel
Requirements for Food & Beverage Operations Manager:

The successful candidate must have previous experience in a multi outlet site, previous experience of high volume catering will be a distinct advantage.

Candidates must enjoy being a “hands-on” member of a team. All applicants must have a flexible approach to their work and be willing to work the hours required of the business.

An excellent standard of presentation is essential.

Our successful Food & Beverage Operations Manager will work a variety of shifts, on any 5 days from 7, on any day of the year.
