Sales and Service Administrator:

Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 17:00 - with hybrid working
9 Month Fixed Term Contract
Role summary:
The role is responsible for processing of Customer orders or enquiries by using phone, email and processing them on our SAP System Collecting and reporting of sales data to the division. You will also assist with CRM database maintenance, training course and service administration.
Skills/Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Accurate order processing using SAP and applying correct discounts
- Handling of incoming telephone enquires
- Stock checking / stock chasing / price checks
- Administration and authorisation of returns of faulty / non-faulty products
- Dealing with picking errors/ damages / invoice queries / credits
- Administration of special discount forms Raising stock and non-stock purchase orders
- Support to the external sales team
- CRM database content maintenance
- Booking customers onto training courses / invoicing / purchase orders / reporting
- To Support in System Service Admin when required
- To support in Training Admin when required Understand and comply with all relevant company policies
