We have an exciting opportunity for a School Office Administrator to join our team within the School of Clinical Dentistry.
The post is campus-based in the School of Clinical Dentistry within a busy student-facing office environment.
In this role you will act as the main point of contact for student enquiries to the School Reception and assist other support staff in enhancing the student experience. You will work as a core member of the team, providing support to professional services and academic colleagues. You will also provide support for key processes that assist the smooth delivery of teaching and learning.
This is a role in a constantly evolving and busy environment and offers the opportunity to gain experience in a broad range of tasks and activities relating to student administration and support. It requires an adaptable, hardworking and proactive individual with excellent communication and organisational skills, and an ability to work alongside other professional services and academic staff to provide excellent services to students.
