What do Front of House Team Members do?
Typical responsibilities include:
- Taking orders and delivering them in a timely manner
- Adhering to food and health standards
- Identifying special dietary needs
- Working closely with other team members to ensure the smooth running of operations
- Building an excellent rapport with customers
- Providing assistance in managing stock and ensuring the kitchen has all items readily available.
This role will involve working as a food preparer, dishwasher and cleaner.

- You will be responsible for taking & packing orders, ensuring that our food is presented and delivered to the customer exactly to product specification.
- You will be responsible for ensuring our front counter, restaurant and toilet areas are always kept clean and tidy.
- You will assist back of house as and when required, preparing the food ready for the chef to cook.
- We expect our teams to adhere to all Health & Safety and Food Safety guidelines, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
- You will put our customers’ happiness at the centre of everything you do, providing an outstanding dining experience, to every customer every time. But most importantly do all of the above with a big smile and have fun!
What experience do I need to get the job?
- No previous experience required, full training will be provided
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety & security.
Requirements:

Salary : Up to £10.50 an hour
Shift Options:
- Varied day, evening and night shifts available
Rota is planned around our trading hours (7:00am - 11pm), so flexibility is key!
