The registration service is there to record all the significant events in life. We register births and deaths and take notices of marriage and civil partnerships. We conduct and register marriages and civil partnerships and offer other associated services. We need someone to join our team in King’s Lynn as a Business Support Assistant to ensure this frontline service is delivered to customers effectively and efficiently.
In registration there is a lot to learn and retain and we provide thorough training for all the duties. The successful candidate will be a quick learner who can perform well under pressure and at speed. They also need to be comfortable working on their own and within a team. Applicants need to adapt well to change and be flexible as the duties may vary from week to week.
Applicants must possess excellent IT skills, spelling and grammar and will need to have good inter-personal skills. Candidates will need to demonstrate a commitment to great customer service and meet our high expectations for service delivery and team work.
