What is my role as Kitchen Porter or Night Cleaner?
The Kitchen Porter always ensures the kitchen and restaurants have the right equipment clean and available and that the kitchen is kept clean. They work with front of house equipment (plates, cutlery) and kitchen equipment (pots and pans) in the potwash area.
The Night Cleaner looks after the deep cleaning of the kitchen areas overnight with protective equipments.
