About us
An interesting opportunity has arisen for an office assistant at Build 1 Ltd. We are looking for a self-motivated Office Administrator to help the smooth running of a small and friendly, but busy office. You will provide a broad spectrum of administrative tasks under the supervision of the office manager . The office administrator will be responsible for general office administrative duties, including assisting the construction team in project cost admin, sourcing suppliers and obtaining best prices.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the construction team
- Creating, editing and updating spreadsheets
- Project admin
- Monitor deadlines and organize calendars
- Handle communication with clients and third parties
- Administrative support
- General office duties
- Maintain contact lists
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-38 per week
Salary: £10.42-£14.00 per hour
