Our Agile Academy team looks for a colleague who is passionate about learning and development in a scaled agile environment:
- in close collaboration with business stakeholders, understand the competencies and learning needs of (agile) roles
- define and run learning initiatives that support the professional growth and development of roles in scope
- support role-specific curriculum design and the identification of internal and external learning content
- innovate with new and engaging learning formats, tools and engagement concepts
- evaluate learning impact and adjust learning offering to stay relevant in the light of evolving business and learners’ needs
Your team
You’ll be part of the recently created Agile Academy and have the opportunity to play an important role in enabling the high-paced Agile@UBS transformation. We are a multi-disciplinary team of agilists, learning and change experts who are eager to support our colleagues through compelling learning experiences to adopt agile ways of working and deliver better outcomes for our clients and our teams. You will be empowered, trusted, and supported in bringing in your ideas and expertise to flourish within and outside of the Agile Academy.
Your expertise
- strong track record in learning program management, large scale upskilling initiatives, and/or project management in a learning & development organization required
- ideally, previous experience in competency assessment, skills frameworks, development recognition (e.g., through badges and certifications) and/or new approaches in social learning
- previous experience in agile transformations or agile product/service management is considered a plus
- tech-affinity (learning platforms), value- and data driven mindset
- strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- fluency in English, any other language (especially German) is considered a plus
- positive, open-minded, proactive personality who enjoys teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration
- high degree of flexibility with a solution-based approach while maintaining the big picture
