About the job

For our position, located in Manchester, UK, we are looking for a highly motivated Graduate or Early Starting colleague with an agile mindset to become part of our Cluster Product Management team.   • to influence stakeholders, bring your strategic thinking and your creativity into play and challenge the status quo.

Your tasks

  • Working with the Cluster Product Management team to ensure that our products are launched and managed as effectively as possible,
  • Identifying a full overview of the markets from the Cluster (UK, the Netherlands, Nordics, South Africa), defining the to-be portfolio, price positioning, the go-to-market strategy and the launch package,
  • Simultaneously managing multiple Product Management projects, including Product Lifecycle Management and Master Data Management improvement projects,
  • Supporting the development and implementation of cluster-wide processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of all Product Management activities,
  • Coordinating and leading activities across the Cluster Team, Central Category Management and the wider business,
  • Creating analysis and reporting of product/category performance to support the Cluster leadership team,
  • Becoming a source of expert advice and information for Product Management queries from the wider business.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration or associated disciplines,
  • You have already gained your first work experience but no more than 2 years from the graduation,
  • Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a prerequisite, other languages are an asset,
  • Experience in managing / leading projects,
  • Demonstrable, genuine interest in our business and eagerness to discover and learn about different functions and roles within Franke,
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills,
  • Proactive and committed mindset,
  • Product based industrial work experience is a strong advantage,
  • Possibility to travel within the countries from the Cluster and other EU countries.
