About Future of London

Future of London (FoL) is an independent network connecting the capital’s regeneration, housing, infrastructure and economic development practitioners. We help build better cities through knowledge, networks and leadership across disciplines, organisations and sectors. The network includes more than 5,000 people who use us as a hub for sector intelligence, connection and professional development.

FoL’s small team works hard to deliver high-quality research and events programmes, interwoven with our networks and leadership programmes.

With its large network, supportive team and the chance to learn or hone a variety of broadly relevant skills, FoL is an excellent place to get your career off the ground, stretch yourself, or re- enter the workforce, while contributing your own skill set and experience to make better cities.

About the events co-ordinator role

This year, FoL is delivering an ambitious research programme, with a focus on social value, and how the built environment can contribute to the longer term, positive changes in people’s lives across the urban environment.

To help us deliver this research and events programme, we’re looking for an Events co- ordinator for 10 weeks, from the beginning of May 2023.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the built environment and will cares about how

London and other cities can deliver fairer places for all.

As Research and Events co-ordinator, you’ll be working with the Knowledge team supporting the team in all aspects of their role, including conducting research, writing up notes, constructing case studies and – most importantly – helping to deliver our annual conference, which will take place at the RSA (Royal Society of Arts) on 4 July, 2023. futureoflondon.org.uk @futureofldn linkedin.com/company/future-of-london
