Responsibilities:
- Audits and reports inventory to ensure best practices, such as FIFO is being executed;
- Manages warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment;
- Establishes warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse;
- Sets warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads;
- Monitors workplace performance and leads training initiatives to improve employees;
- Keeps up-to-date on the latest federal and states safety regulations;
- Communicates with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner;
- Processes and submits payment requests in a timely manner;
- Opening and Closing;
- Performs other duties as required by business needs.
Qualifications:
- Able to periodically stand for long periods of time.
- Able to carry objects over 50 lbs.
- Able to operate pallet jack/forklift.
- Proficient Computer Skill for Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Associate degree.
- Prior retail and warehouse experience is plus.
- Management or supervisor experience is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or Chinese.
- Available to work flexible schedules (weekdays/weekends/holidays).
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

1st shift: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Hours: 6AM - 2:30PM
Salary: The pay range for this job is between $20.00 and $ 25.00 per hour. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
