Netil360 are looking for part time hosts for our April reopening of our stunning East London panoramic rooftop garden, bar and sushi restaurant. Located in the London Fields area and right next to the beautiful Mare Street Market in the heart of Hackney.
Our hosts need to communicate like no one else, be able to work seamlessly under pressure and maintain a positive and proactive attitude at all times. Charm, energy and enthusiasm are a must. In return you will get the support and development you need to do your job, and more should you want to progress in the industry.
As a host, you are the first and last impression of the venue, so we can’t stress enough how important a welcoming hello and a sincere farewell is so important in your role.

What are we looking for in you as a host?
- Experience working in a similar role in a hospitality business
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Adaptability and able great at working within a big team
- Always smiling, always positive, always proactive
- Experience with high volume and high turnover
The role?
- Greeting and seating guests
- Mending phones and taking phone reservations
- Responding to and managing booking emails on a daily basis
- Managing daily bookings using Resy reservation system
- Constant communication with the restaurant manager on guest notes and turn times
