Beechenlea Maintenance Limited are an Arboricultural Association Approved contractor specialising in vegetation management, grounds maintenance & tree care located near Chelmsford, Essex. We provide services across East Anglia.

Due to continued success and expansion within our chosen fields we are looking to experienced candidates with hands on site experience to join our team of enthusiastic operatives.
The Candidate
We are currently looking for reliable, flexible, hard-working and hands on individuals who are keen to learn and eager to further their outdoor career within the Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry and Arboriculture trades across a broad spectrum of work types.
A full valid manual driving licence (UK) and access to personal transport is also mandatory due to the nature of the work that we undertake and the rural location of our yard. For insurance purposes, all applicants must be aged 21 and over.
Above all else it is essential that the applicant can demonstrate the necessary behaviours/attitudes and experience that are required from employees working within safety critical and high-risk environments.
The Package

The Interview
Interviews will be held at our depot situated near Hatfield Peverel (A12, Junction 20a). Interviewees must be able to provide evidence of their licenses, qualifications and right to work at the interview stage.
Pre-employment Screening (Safety Critical)
Successful candidates will be required to attend a full medical and health surveillance screening prior to carrying out any operational duties, this is done on their first day of employment with us, includes a drugs and alcohol test. Employees must be able to pass their medical.

Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
