What you’ll be responsible for:

· The post holder will provide an efficient and effective administrative / secretarial service to the team.

· The post holder will provide a comprehensive reception service to all incoming visitors and Trust appointed Maintenance Contractors

· Manages the concerns/complaints file within the Information System ensuring that all relevant information is recorded and passed on for action to the Supervisors/Estates Managers/Quality Manager.

· Support the Energy manager whilst working in partnership with the Procurement Officer to process all the energy information, including recharges to third party occupants.

The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

· An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

· Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

· A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

· Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel i.e. (manipulating data into graphs)

· Experience of working within a busy office environment.

· Ability to work under pressure

· Knowledge of Office software.
