Are you a strong Administrator? We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations & Contracts Co-ordinator to join our team in APT Skidata. After an initial period of training and induction, this is a hybrid role of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Key Responsibilities

Creation of new support and maintenance proposals and administration of contracts within Astea.

Prepare and send contract renewal quotations monthly, 90 days in advance of expiry.

Proactive and timely communication with existing and new clients

Update Astea contracts database with contact, financial and service level changes.

Update new management companies, linking them to relevant sites in Astea
-
Manage and audit contract costs (licenses and other services).

Provide contract revenue and profitability forecasts monthly.

Monitor and report SLA performance to the management team.

Manage and process contract costs to enable a three-way match by accounts.

Responding to contract queries from customers and internal departments.
-
Ensure accurate and meaningful reports are supplied at agreed intervals (weekly, monthly). Including active and quoted contract revenue data.

Purchase items as requested for the Operations Team.

Resolving contract complaints, requesting credit notes/reissuing invoices as necessary.

Improve operational processes and activities to maximize operational efficiency.

Reconcile operations staff timesheets and overtime reports.
-
General receipt and process of operational based vendor invoices.
-
Liaising with compliance and Accounts to set up new vendors.
