Salary: £30,272-£35,194 + a range of other benefits to support your family, and wellbeing.

We have an opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our busy team!
The Personal Assistant will provide support to three Directors in the Distribution business and will be responsible for:
- Providing overall administrative support including complex diary management, booking of travel and accommodation, organising team meetings and events.
- Monitoring and reviewing emails, ensuring any actions/deadlines are met within the timeframes given.
- Where relevant, producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
- Additional admin duties which will include processing of Purchase Orders, expenses/credit card expenditure, hospitality register as well as assisting with the on-boarding of new starters.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant at Director level.
- Impeccable organisational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Reliability, discretion, and an understanding of confidential issues.
- Strong IT skills and knowledge of Office 365 suite.
