We are currently recruiting for a full-time Receptionist/Admin Assistant for a central Oxford University department.

Duties include:

• Welcoming visitors to the department and providing assistance as necessary, including directing them to the appropriate area and dealing with queries

• Dealing with incoming enquiries via telephone and email in a timely and efficient manner

• Maintaining and tidying the reception area, kitchen and office communal space, ensuring the office environment is kept clean and professional at all times

• Managing the booking system for internal meeting rooms, ensuring that all staff follow the booking requirements that need to be identified in advance, arranging catering if required

• Assisting the room bookers with the set up and clearing of meeting rooms and supporting the use of audio-visual equipment if required

• Monitoring and maintaining the office stock supplies including stationery, refreshments, PPE, and printer consumables
