An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Older Person’s Independent Living Service for recruitment to three permanent Caretaker posts. The posts will be based within our Sheltered Housing Schemes across the city including our brand-new Buchanan Green Retirement Living Scheme.
The successful applicant will be expected to have a flexible approach and ability to manage their own workload, whilst working as part of a team. The successful applicant should also possess a good level of practical cleaning skills with a strong emphasis on customer care, safety and security of our buildings. The successful applicant will not require handy person skills or be expected to carry out repairs. Professional boundaries with regards to service users is a must.
