We have hours available for a Flexible temporary Worker.
The assignment is for 8 to 10 Retail Security officers, working at a supermarket in Newcastle Great Park, NE13 area.
3 weeks initially at 4 On 4 Off, shifts as per site rota. Monday to Sunday 07.00 - 19.00 / 19.00 - 07.00. Then Monday to Sunday 07.00 - 14.30 / 14.30 - 22.00 / 09.00 - 21.00 / 10.00 - 20.00 or 10.00 - 16.00.
Pay rate: £11.00 per hour. Weekly pay.
This is a temporary assignment turning into a permanent role after the initial 3 week period.
This allows you to:
- Full PAYE status (still allows Tax Credits/SSP etc)
- Remain eligible for SSP/SMP
- Job flexibility – allowing you to be registered with more than one company

- Company Pension - NEST (Automatically enrolled if eligible – one month opt out period)
Person specification: To be considered for this assignment, you will need:
- A valid SIA Licence; Own transport preferred
- A full five year checkable employment history;
- Industry experience and background
- Reliable
- Willingness to be flexible in working hours
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication
- Able to produce effective reports and maintain effective records
- An enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible approach
- Ability to work in a team, but also on own initiative
Responsibilities: Security will be required to:
- Ensuring all security requirements are met in line with site assignment instructions
- Conducting patrols to ensure assignment premises, stock and staff are safe
- Dealing with site staff and visitors in a professional manner
- Assisting any conflict resolution
- Completing any necessary paperwork and reporting’
- Supervise and control site access
You will receive a contract of employment from your employer separately.
You will receive your pay weekly on a Friday from Deliverex (PSP) Payroll Services Provider.
You will not be working for Kingdom Service Group directly, although will have the opportunity to request your temporary agreement to be transferred to a Kingdom Contract in the future.
