We’re recruiting a trainee sales & digital marketing manager to over-see our core projects in an exciting and impactful new opportunity with massive potential for the right candidate to progress in a fun and rewarding environment.
This 3 part role is for an ambitious and energetic person with a keen interest in learning and implementing world class sales and marketing methods.
Our enterprise, Body Shape Fitness, is focused within the fitness industry and the first role will be customer facing and enrolling people into our locally famous Personal Training Programmes, selling custom exercise and nutrition programs to new prospects.
The second roll is to be a key component in our digital marketing campaigns, from creating and editing video media productions and images to setting up and managing adverts on all of the largest global social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Youtube. You will be a core decision maker in our daily advertising campaigns and become a highly proficient digital marketer/advertiser.
The third role is focused on client communications and consultancy, providing help, information and coaching inside the consultancy aspect of our enterprise. We consult for hundreds of fitness businesses across the UK (gyms, personal training studios and boot-camp programs) and teach them our highly sort after methods of marketing, client acquisition and business optimisation! You will be a core pillar in assisting these businesses to success and teaching them your learned sales and marketing knowledge.
The right candidate will need to be confident both on the phone and interacting face to face on video calls with prospects. The right person should be highly success driven, naturally intuitive, be able to think quickly on their feet and most importantly be trainable/ coachable to become a high performing sales person, creative digital marketer and dedicated consultant.
Because of the nature of the fitness industry the rewards of actually helping dramatically improve other peoples lives and businesses are to second to none. The right candidate will be very committed to the success of both helping everyday clients looking for body shape results and fitness business owners looking to have huge impact in their community.
Previous sales, digital marketing & communications experience will all be taken into consideration but the most important thing is that the right person is highly motivated, charismatic and has the determination to succeed and can also show a commitment to their own self development.
Regarding the marketing element of the role, we utilise the most current marketing methods and nearly 100% of our budget is spent on social media platforms in which the candidate will become highly skilled and proficient in the latest digital marketing strategies providing them with VERY highly sort after skillsets.
We will provide full training in the technicalities of the way we run advertising, HOWEVER I must specify we are only looking for people that are at least familiar with being a public user of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Youtube and understand their basic functions on smart phones and laptops/desktops.
Our niche is the fitness industry and while good fitness may not directly impact this role, careful consideration will be taken for the candidates that already pursue fitness as a hobby.
The set location for meetings and training will be based at our head office here in Ely, Cambridgeshire and the majority of the work will involve working remotely from home.
Personality, get up and go, persistence and self-motivation are more important to us than Qualifications and Experience as we will be personally training you on the job. So anybody that’s serious and committed can apply regardless of current experience/qualifications.

Salary £24,000 - £33,000
