Role: Customer Assistant (Vehicle Handover)
Location: Northampton, NN3 9UD
Contract Type: 40 hours per week. Working any 5 out of 7 on a rota basis which will consist of days, evenings and weekends.
Salary: £20,533.20 per year + a bonus structure that provides an on target annual earning potential of £21,733.20.

What does the job involve?
- Your role will be to ‘hand over’ the customer’s shiny new purchase. To do this you will make sure that the car is ready for its’ new home and also check that you have the keys, documents and any other bits the customer will need.
- You will create a positive and engaging atmosphere for each and every person in the store.
- Put world class customer service at the forefront.

What skills or experience do you need to join the team?
- A full valid UK driving licence is essential.
- We are not looking for experienced people, this is an entry level role and is open to everyone.
- You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to build positive and lasting relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Some experience of working in customer service in retail, hospitality or any other industry would be a bonus for us.
