Energy Specifics specialises in energy efficiency building assessments and energy saving upgrades. We work with energy companies, social housing providers, landlords, local authorities and householders to lower carbon emissions, reduce energy costs and help people improve the comfort of their homes.
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our growing company. This is a full-time permanent role, available for an immediate start, operating 100% from your home office. Working as part of our friendly sales support team, the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Supporting the Operations team with projects from inception to completion.
- Delivering a consistent, positive customer experience via email and telephone.
- Processing grant applications.
- Arranging appointments, diary management.
- Using a CRM database system.
- General administrative tasks.
What we need from you
- Proven experience in Customer Service.
- Experience dealing with customer queries.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Computer literacy using MS Excel, Word and Outlook (mandatory).
- Experience using Pipedrive (optional).
- Data entry experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to see a task through to completion.
As your role will be fully working from home your role will be dependent upon reliable access to a broadband service.
You will need to complete the two skills tests for your application to be considered.
What we offer you
The fully inclusive annual salary is £22,425 and the role is subject to successful completion of a 3-month trial period. Our standard working week is 37.5 hours: Monday to Friday, 08.30-17.00.
