The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing all needs of the press. Wash all rollers, trays, chambers & anilox rollers for the press. The wash area ensures the press has all components returned cleaned and fit for purpose.
Responsibilities:

Clean all anilox rollers from EM280/EMS/RCS.

Clean all ink trays from EM280.

Clean all ink chambers from EMS/RCS: strip down, clean and re-build.

Clean all drip trays from EMS/RCS.

Clean all screen printing parts: Squeegee/pipes/drip trays.

Break down screens that have had a colour go through them and clean and return gears to plate making.

Wash all tactile/gloss screens in wash-out unit and return to plate making.
- Identify any anilox that requires a sonic bath and clean in sonic unit.

All areas in and around wash-up area must be kept clean at all times. (Mop and buff if required).

All wash-up trolleys must be kept clean at all times.

Assist any assistant with wash-ups/set-ups and any other general duties such as bins/empty pallets and general plant tidiness.
