What you’ll be doing:
- Being responsible for undertaking all aspects of procurement related activity to cost, quality and schedule.
- Undertaking line management responsibilities where appropriate
- Delivering procurement expertise in line with corporate Procurement policy and process in line with business requirements and performance objectives
- Supporting the development, reviewing and updating of relevant systems and processes to ensure the effective delivery of activities in assigned areas
- Applying awareness of risk and opportunity management to optimise performance and minimise risk within scope of work
- Supporting team members in ensuring all business systems, document management systems and data sources are kept up to date to provide a single point of truth for stakeholders
- Planning, controlling and delivering assigned projects independently
Your skills and experiences:
- Experience within a Supply Chain or Procurement team is essential
- Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Outlook, SAP, Word, etc)
- Experience in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- CIPS or willing to work towards

The Procurement team:
This growing team are responsible for delivering Procurement activity for Onsite Service Contracts across the end-to-end Procurement process i.e., the delivery of information, products and services, to quality, cost and schedule requirements. You will identify new suppliers, develop relationships, monitor supplier performance.
