  • Apply strong, inclusive facilitation skills that create an environment that is collaborative, creative and free from distractions, to get work done quickly and efficiently, holding the workshop process to unlock the knowledge, skills and ideas of attendees and navigate concerns and differing views whilst steering commercial outcomes.

  • Develop a strategy and plan for workshop preparation, delivery and follow-up and ensure that activities all support the desired outcomes, either independently or with the support of a Manager Facilitator.

  • Work closely with the Innovation & Insights Team and Governance and Impact Team to bring relevant data, information and research into scoping conversations, workshops & the Investment Proposal.

  • Remain connected to the latest external thinking and best practice in design methodology and creative facilitation, bringing this expertise to scoping proposals and the wider CoE.

  • Guide and coach both the Facilitation Managers/Senior Associates and Design Hub team members by ensuring that workshop inputs and outputs are of high quality and accuracy, providing structured templates and constructive review where necessary.
