About us
BUILT is a small team providing websites and online marketing services to trades professionals (such as plumbers and electricians), helping them to manage and grow their businesses. Bringing tech to a very traditional industry has its challenges, but also its opportunities. Since we first launched in 2015, we have built over 800 websites for our customers.
We are currently a team of 3, looking to expand.
Our office is based in the Custard Factory in Digbeth. Since COVID-19 we have successfully transitioned to working remotely. You will be working from home primarily but we will ask you to come into the office twice a week for the first month for training. After the first month, we will ask you to come in with the rest of the team once a week.
The role
This is a full-time position with a 3-month probation period. The responsibilities of this role include developing and managing relationships with our existing customers. Your responsibility will be to ensure a high level of customer service is provided through all communication channels and raise the awareness of our customers to other products and services we offer.
You will also be responsible for nurturing inbound enquiries through to purchase and supporting campaigns throughout the year.
No previous experience in websites or SEO is required, you will be given full training on the features and benefits of all our services..
