Job Summary

Leads and maintains daily operations of company facilities. Leads vendor and contractor coordination. Is responsible for multiple offices and manages complex projects and continuously identifies where processes can be improved. Responsible for budget management.

Responsibilities

  • Leading supplier contracts, ensuring quality services, value for money and innovative service is provided

  • Manages a team of people effectively across multiple sites

  • Multiple office location management

  • Lead and maintain health & Safety standards within the office environment

  • Coordinate sustainability initiatives and work with the sustainability global team

  • Developing a relationship with vendors, landlords and local teams in addition to contributing to the development and success of CRE by supporting the management team through business development and operational activities

  • Develops and assesses budgets and vendor contract development

  • Establish collaborative relationships with business stakeholders

  • Oversee regular event planning providing exceptional service delivery within a agreed budget.

  • Leads and manages a team of cross functional project teams delivering complex project works, including office moves and small fit outs

  • Proactively identifies and suggest improvements to processes, systems and overall client satisfaction

  • Preparing, handling and reviewing business continuity plans and actively participating in our H&S and Compliance programs

  • Collaborating closely with the facilities service providers, including hospitality, maintenance, cleaning and vending to ensure the overall service is timely and detailed

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level by providing a high-quality and proactive service

  • Ensuring PPMs are in place and reactive maintenance monitored for completion

  • Provide effective written and verbal communications to managed offices

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience strongly preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management preferred

  • Facility management experience gained within a corporate office environment is essential. Excellent people management skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. You are proactive, self motivated well organised and have a good understanding of financial budget management. An understanding of building management systems and current technology is essential. You should have a proficient understanding of current building Health & Safety regulations and a keen interest in sustainability in the workplace
