Due to increased demand in our marketplace, we have an exciting opportunity to join our thriving team at our Canada Water office as an Assistant Manager.
You may have experience working in estate agency and looking for the next step in your career or have worked in recruitment, retail, telesales or customer services but looking for your next move into London property. You may be in a senior sales position or have some senior sales or customer service experience - either way, great career development is on offer at London’s leading independent estate agency.
OTE £50 - 60K in your first year, with a generous guaranteed income for the first four months (during your training, before the commission scheme starts). 25k-30k Basic Salary + Comms (depending on experience).
The Job Role - you will have a varied work-load but be expected to:
- Ensure personal sales revenue & profitability targets are achieved
- Carry out telephone canvassing to generate interest and leads from prospects from our database
- Register, accompany and carry out viewings with applicants/prospective buyers
- Respond to leads from our website and our client services department
- Manage leads and viewings
- Take on new instructions and communicate our terms of business to new vendors
- Value property for vendors (after full training)
- Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers
- Deal with telephone and email enquiries from vendors and buyers
- Be able to assist in leading the team in the absence of the manager
- Lead from the front and be something junior members of the team can look to
- Support with the running of the office
- Work alongside our sales progressor to ensure the sales process is running as smooth as possible
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
Direct sales experience is desirable, but more important is ambition, the desire to offer first class customer service, as well as earn a high salary and commit to hitting targets. We offer gold-standard training and development to the right candidates.
