Retail Store Assistant

Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and outgoing Retail Sales Associate who enjoys working with the public and is effective at communicating information to customers. We are interested in hiring individuals who are flexible and enjoy multi-tasking while interacting with the public.

Responsibilities:

• Listening to customers, learning about their needs, and providing them with a tailored shopping experience.
• Selling products and services to customers.
• Providing positive and friendly customer service.
• Answering questions about products in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Processing returns and exchanges in a timely manner.
• Carrying inventory from one location to another.
• Assisting with various clerical work.
• Dressing appropriately for work and representing the company in a professional manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift
