RESPONSIBILITIES
French Speaking Administrative Assistant
Salary: circa £26,000 pa
Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire
At commutable distance by car from, Northampton, Wellingborough, Kettering, Market Harborough, Daventry, Milton Keynes

Main Duties:
The successful candidate will report into the Finance Manager France.
Part of the Finance Team & play the administrative assisting role for the French business.
The Role
- Check compliance and updating mandatory records with the authorities.
- Update of the in-house tracker folders
- Maintain & update different records in house and on government portal
- Liaise with colleagues, outsourcers and tax authorities
- Provide support in ad/hoc duties
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE
- Fluent in French (Written and Spoken)
- Experience of working in an administrative role
- Organisational skills & Time management
- Able to work in a team and independently.
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
SALARY
Circa £26,000 pa
