Are you a passionate Office Administrator, looking for an exciting new role?
Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for an Office Administrator to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients based in North London area working as part of their Office Administration team.
As a Office Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring that all payroll is organised and processed, able to work on sage to raise purchasing orders, doing general day-today admin work to support the business.
Principle Responsibilities for the Office Administrator: -
- Working on sage system.
- Dealing with phone calls and emails from other department.
- Cross checking working hours.
- Updating spreadsheets with personal details, working hours, holiday time and sickness.
- Creating new profiles for new staff members on sage.
- Issue internal memos when needed.
- Arranging MOT, road tax, dealing with parking tickets and insurance claims for company cars.
- Attending meetings and prepare the minutes.
Person specification for the Office Administrator:
- Experienced working on sage
- Good Microsoft Office skills including Excel.
- Great organisational skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mentality
This is a full time permanent Customer Advisor position.
The role is a Monday – Friday 8am – 5.30pm keeping weekends free.
Salary on offer is basic of £30,000 per annum.
