Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and responsible Exam Invigilator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure and fair environment for exams to take place.
Responsibilities:
- Set up examination venues by laying out stationery, equipment, and examination papers in accordance with guidelines provided.
- Ensure that students are seated according to the seating plan provided and are aware of exam regulations.
- Distribute and collect exam papers and ensure that the correct papers are given to the correct students.
- Monitor the examination hall to ensure that no cheating takes place.
- Provide assistance to students who require it, such as providing additional paper or equipment.
- Report any incidents or breaches of regulations to the appropriate authority.
- Collect and pack away all exam papers, stationery, and equipment after the exam.
- Ensure that examination venues are left clean and tidy.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
- Availability to work flexible hours
