Job Description
Poultry catchers required.
Full training will be provided prior to the commencement of work.
All applicants must be 18+ due to GLAA working age requirements. It is essential that applicants must be able to make their own way to Dereham pick up point at any time of the day and night as and when required and not dependent on public transport.
You will be working within a physically and demanding environment, you will be working irregular hours inclusive of weekends when required, both on days and night shifts up to a maximum of 7 days a week.
You will have the ability to be flexible with working hours.
You will work in a team environment and will be travelling in a van to various farms.
Your Responsibilities include:
Strict compliance to Bird Welfare Standards.
Compliance with Health and Safety Standards and meeting your statutory requirement when using PPE.
Complying to all farm site standards and regulations.
Loading live poultry into modular systems for transportation.
