Countrywide Park Homes are recruiting for an experienced and inspirational Park Manager/Warden to drive our Alder Country Park in Norfolk.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, we are seeking an experienced Manager/Warden to guide the park team successfully, someone who is an enthusiastic and engaging also has the ability to customer service and park standards to position the park as a park of choice.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing, organising, controlling and supervising efficiently all elements of the park in line with current company policies and procedures.
- Recruiting, retaining, motivating, training and consistently developing the team to ensure we get the best from our team as well as deliver and exceed our customers expectations.
- Taking full responsibility of all aspects of the park in accordance with company standards of product, presentation and service.
- Working within agreed budgets of controllable expenses and wage costs.
The Ideal Person Will Have
- Previous experience in the holiday park industry as a Park Manager,
- A ‘hands on’ approach
- An honest, professional and a respectful approach
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
