Job Description
An office based Telephone Interviewer required to work for SMSR Ltd, a medium sized company based in the heart of Hull and prides itself on delivering a quality product to the public sector. We specialise in police, local government and health based research conducting telephone interviews with members of the general public asking questions about their experience of the service provided.
You will have an excellent telephone manner, be confident speaking with people and want to work as part of a small friendly team helping to provide evidence based solutions to improve the delivery of public services.
Hours will generally be 10am to 8pm Monday to Thursday.
DBS clearance will be required as part of the employment offer.
