Currently working with a business based in Cheltenham who are looking to bring on a project support administrator on a 6 month contract outside of IR35. This role is paying up to £250 per day however there may be some flex for a person who ticks all the boxes! You will have to be able to commute to Cheltenham once a week for this role. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the PMO function and supporting the governance pieces of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Support project meetings by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes

Provide general administrative support to the PMO function

Assist with project reporting and data analysis

Work with project managers to ensure compliance with project governance requirements
