We work in small, agile DevOps teams with colleagues around the world from our offices at the Bluefin Building in Southwark, our global headquarters in Canary Wharf, and multiple other locations around the UK including Sheffield, Leeds, Barnsley and Birmingham.
Following extensive investment across our Technology and Digital domains and with plans for continued expansion throughout 20nn and beyond, we are currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join HSBC Technology.
Job Description:
The job holder is primarily responsible for ServiceNow Development. The primary responsibility includes managing the team’s delivery & support incidents in the areas of various workflows that the application is comprised of. The role is expected to provide necessary technical support to team to ensure deliverables confirming to schedules & quality standards. Acts as the team’s technical point of contact for day-to-day operations and as the technical lead works closely with the business partners to understand the requirements and translate them to work deliverables from the team members.
Specialists are also primarily responsible to drive process improvements & standardization in the respective areas to ensure improved quality and efficient services. The specialists are required to support to Management in delivery planning by technical & process related inputs for schedules, effort estimation and risk analysis and in identifying emerging technology trends.
