Full Time Sales Advisor / Coffee Advisor / Retail Sales Assistant - Merry Hill Shopping Centre, Dudley, West Midlands
£10.90 per hour + £10 bonus per day and other awesome incentives!
Our Nespresso Stand will launch on 27th April for 12 weeks initially but could lead to longer term opportunity!
Working Days & hours :
We have shifts available 7 days per week - Part time & Full time hours available with flexibility (rota).
Part Time - up to 3- 4 days per week
Full Time - 5 days per week
Stand will operate between shopping centre opening hours which are - Monday to Friday 9am-9pm, Saturday 9am-7pm, Sunday 11am-5pm
We are looking for engaging coffee loving Retail Sales Assistants/Coffee Advisors to bring the Nespresso brand to life and to sign customers up to the Nespresso platform. You will also have the opportunity to offer coffee tastings.

Your working day will be busy & interactive as you will proactively approach customers to educate them on the Nespresso brand. What experience are we looking for?

Previous experience in Retail or Experiential roles

Fantastic experience of rapport building & relationships

Professional in both appearance and manner

Strong sales/ brand ambassador background would be hugely beneifical

Enthusiastic & engaging

Able to deliver concise & accurate feedback through different reporting tools

Ideally you will have a passion for coffee

Working days will be on a rota basis. Each stand will have 2 x Full time and 1 x Part Time Coffee Advisors
