At Willow we pride ourselves on being a strong and welcoming team, providing high quality care and a holistic approach to education for children aged 3 months to 4 years 11 months.
The key to being part of our team is to have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively, show enthusiasm and be able to work on your own initiative, whilst knowing there is always something new to learn.
A minimum of a Level 2 qualification, a good understanding of safeguarding and knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage is required. However for the right candidates, a willingness to undertake the necessary early years qualification would be considered.
Hours to be discussed at interview (Part time - Negotiable) and (Full time - 35 hours). Term time only and all year round contracts available.
Due to the nature of this role you will need to complete an enhanced criminal record disclosure (DBS check).
