We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Clerk to join our finance team, based at our Head Office in Southampton.
This is a full-time role 9-5 with 45 mins for lunch or Monday-Friday however, we will be willing to consider part-time candidates as well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Administration
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Creating adhoc reports where necessary
- Daily supplier account reconciliations;
- Supporting in query resolution.
Key Skills/Background:
- Having a background in an Accounts environment is preferred
- Experience using multiple accountancy systems and confident with Excel;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Accurate & thorough
- Enthusiastic and keen to succeed
- Friendly and approachable
- Able to organise workload efficiently
